Join us for our beginning of term open house on Tuesday January 19, from 5:30-8:00pm in the Women's Centre (SLC 2102).  Come out and enjoy some free food, meet our volunteers/new people, and find out more about our services and volunteer opportunities.  Also feel free to let us know what sorts of things you want to see from the centre!  Hope to you see there!

Drag me to the Bomber!

Drag yourself down to the Bomber on Saturday November 14th. There will
be a DJ all night starting at 8:00pm so come grab some food and drinks
then after the performances, dance the night away.

Admission to
Drag me to the Bomber is a suggested donation of $5.00. This event is
open to university students of all ages and non-university members 19+.

Women's Only Fitness and Rec Swims

Campus Rec is now running Women's Only Fitness and Rec Swims.  The programming will start Sept. 29 and run until Dec. 15.  It is for all Campus Rec Members and will be on Tuesdays.  Visit www.gowarriorsgo.ca for more information.


Women's Centre Mandate

The Centre aims to:

  • Provide a safe and supportive environment on campus for women.
  • Inform the university community of women’s issues, and discourage discriminatory behaviour.
  • Provide students with resources and information concerning women’s issues.

The Women’s Centre is a service offered by the University of Waterloo’s Federation of Students. We pride ourselves on inclusively, and everyone is welcome at the Women’s Centre! Watch the Events for open house, meeting, and event dates.
